IPTV Terms of Service – MoviesNova

Welcome to MoviesNova. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoviesNova website (moviesnova.ca) and IPTV services. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the IPTV streaming service provided by MoviesNova, including live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and related features
  • "Subscriber" or "User" refers to any individual who creates an account and/or purchases a subscription to use our Service
  • "Subscription" refers to the paid plan that grants access to the Service for a specified duration
  • "Credentials" refers to the server URL, username, password, and/or M3U URL provided to access the Service
  • "Content" refers to all television channels, movies, series, and other media accessible through the Service

2. Eligibility

To use MoviesNova's services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have a valid payment method for subscription purchases

3. Account Registration and Security

When you subscribe to MoviesNova, you will receive login credentials via email. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your contact information remains accurate and up to date

MoviesNova is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Sharing your credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

MoviesNova offers subscription plans of varying durations (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew when your plan expires
  • Pricing is subject to change; however, active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes
  • All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

5. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You authorize MoviesNova to charge the specified amount for your selected plan

All transactions are processed securely. MoviesNova does not store your complete payment information on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

MoviesNova is committed to customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Free trial users: No payment is required during the trial period, so no refund is applicable
  • New subscribers: If you experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a refund within the first 24 hours of your subscription
  • Refund requests: Must be submitted to our customer support team with a description of the issue
  • Non-refundable situations: Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, failure to use the service, issues caused by the user's internet connection, or violations of these Terms

Refund decisions are made at MoviesNova's discretion and will be processed using the original payment method.

7. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, MoviesNova will deliver your IPTV login credentials via email within minutes. The Service includes:

  • Access to 30,000+ live television channels
  • Access to 140,000+ video on demand titles (movies and series)
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG) integration
  • Catch-up TV functionality (where available)
  • Multi-device support
  • HD, Full HD, and 4K streaming quality (dependent on internet connection)
  • 24/7 customer support

Channel lineups, VOD libraries, and features may be updated, modified, or changed at any time to improve the Service.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

By using MoviesNova's services, you agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials to unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written authorization
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • Record, redistribute, or publicly broadcast content accessed through the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to MoviesNova's systems or servers

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

MoviesNova strives to provide reliable, uninterrupted service. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
  • Perform scheduled maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
  • Update channel lineups, VOD content, and features
  • Change server configurations to improve performance

We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of significant changes. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or improvements do not entitle subscribers to refunds or compensation.

10. Device and Technical Requirements

The Service is compatible with a wide range of devices, including smart TVs, Amazon Firestick, Android devices, iOS devices, computers, and dedicated IPTV devices. Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their device meets minimum compatibility requirements
  • Maintaining a stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
  • Installing and configuring compatible IPTV applications
  • Keeping their devices and applications updated

11. Intellectual Property

The MoviesNova website, brand, logo, and original content are the intellectual property of MoviesNova. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our website content without permission
  • Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without written authorization
  • Create derivative works based on our proprietary materials

Television content delivered through the Service remains the property of its respective owners and broadcasters.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoviesNova shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control
  • Issues arising from third-party applications, devices, or internet providers
  • Content accuracy or availability changes made by content providers

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

13. Privacy

MoviesNova respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including:

  • Email address (for account creation and credential delivery)
  • Payment information (processed securely through third-party payment processors)

14. Account Termination

MoviesNova reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Your account is used for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • You share your credentials in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy

Upon termination for cause, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

MoviesNova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
